Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample to see the texture and color of the natural stone in person. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page for a small nominal fee.
What is your return policy for surplus paving slabs?
We accept returns of full, unopened pallets within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return haulage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
Will the stone I receive look exactly like the photos?
Natural stone is a product of nature, meaning variations in color, veining, and texture are to be expected. These unique characteristics are what give natural stone its beauty and are not considered defects.
