Prepare the Goods
Ensure all stone slabs are securely repacked on their original pallets and strapped tightly to prevent any damage during transit.
Arrange Collection
We will schedule a professional haulage partner to collect the pallets from your property at a time that fits your schedule.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once the materials arrive back at our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable haulage fees.
